VisualEditor: Annotate body tag or #content tag when in edit mode with class
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

Other modules (and gadgets) should be able to hide their interfaces when VisualEditor is opened - for example the Nearby pages BetaFeature (https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Beta_Features/Nearby_Pages) creates a blue button in the top right.

Ideally this feature should be able to know when it is in edit mode and hide itself.

Maybe abusing the action-edit / action-view classes would be useful here?
