VisualEditor: Cursoring off generted content nodes (images/templates/references) causes DM/CE inconsistency in Firefox

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  • Click on an image before a text node. The image will be marked as selected.
  • Press rightarrow to cursor next to the text.
  • Start typing. The text will be inserted backwards.

Cause:
After cursoring off the image, the selection is in the text node (and the cursor is flashing), but the focus is not.
