Remove ArticleFeedback leftovers from German Wikipedia

Description:
In July 2013 the German Wikipedia community decided[1] to not keep the ArticleFeedback extension. Because of this the extension was set to read-only mode. The feedback is still available[2] in the interface. The two most visible links are on all articles talk pages and on all users watchlists.

I still think it was a good idea to do this for 2 or 3 months. But it's almost 5 months now. The backlog of unmoderated (currently ~1400) and unused (currently ~3500) feedback goes down very slow. At this speed it will take several years to clean everything. The current non-functional state does make fewer and fewer sense the older the feedback becomes.

Starting in July users ask why the non-functional extension is still not disabled.[3][4] Especially the link on top of the users watchlists is considered "interface bloat". It may not be nice to call it like that but I have to agree that it's pretty much pointless to link to 5 months old feedback on a watchlist that spans a few days only.

The feedback is not lost. Everything is dumped in lists.[5] Currently the lists are in a users namespace because it does not make sense to have both, the old interface[2] and the lists. If the interface is disabled we will move the lists to the proper quality assurance teams in the project.

TL;DR: Please remove the ArticleFeedback extension.

This probably fits better under "Site requests" since you're not asking for a new extension, but for one to get fully removed.

After deactivation I'd like to have a new dump of aft_feedback for dewiki. (I already got one to generate the lists mentioned above.)

Of course without columns 'aft_user', 'aft_user_token' and 'aft_claimed_user' (but with 'aft_user_text') and without posts that are 'aft_hide'=1 or 'aft_oversight'=1, which should remove all sensitive user data.

After deactivation I'd like to have a new dump of aft_feedback for dewiki. (I
already got one to generate the lists mentioned above.)

Of course without columns 'aft_user', 'aft_user_token' and 'aft_claimed_user'
(but with 'aft_user_text') and without posts that are 'aft_hide'=1 or
'aft_oversight'=1, which should remove all sensitive user data.

If someone doesn't do this via other ways, I'd suggest to file a separate bug asking said data exported and the tables dropped from the database (they're not going to be removed as long as nothing breaks, anyway).
