EntityInfoBuilder does not provide information about deleted items

Description

Since bug 56903 got fixed and the related patch https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/94738/ introduced the EntityInfoBuilder, there is no way for the UI to find out whether an item used in a snak is deleted or not. That causes wrong UI behavior by showing the ID of and a link to the deleted item.
