We would like a mailing list for the nlwikibots project -- currently we use the Toolserver project mail for this, and Tool Labs will probably not support it for a while.

Not that I know of -- the 'nlwikibots' name refers to the name of the tool labs (and toolserver) project. As such, I think an alternative such as 'tools-nlwikibots' or 'labs-nlwikibots' probably makes more sense than 'wikibots-nl'.
