Description

From user request - a bulleted list of the JSON is a little intimidating, and "msie" is not the most obvious way to recognise it for users.

I can't seem to find anything in MessagesEn.php for this.

I don't see it actually displayed anywhere, even though we do have a blacklist defined in ContentTranslation, for example.

Is it really supposed to be high priority? I'm going over I18n tasks and this one doesn't look like it's actually high-prio for either BetaFeatures or i18n.
