Splitted from Bug 53471: all claims shown in diffs should be a link to their actual target, where possible. So claims of 'wikibase-item' datatype should link to the corresponding entity, and those of 'commonsMedia' datatype to the file on Commons, just like in view mode. This is already working with sitelinks, not with claims, and it would be a very nice feature.
