My contribution page and my logs have a record of an unknown action that violates my privacy, and which I have no idea what cause its' appearance.
it says: "08:25, 8 November 2013 (diff | hist) . . (0) . . m Undershirt (Changed visibility of the article feedback tool on "Undershirt" ([Visibility=Enable for all users] (indefinite)))" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/Neukoln
or
"08:25, 8 November 2013 Neukoln (talk | contribs) changed visibility of the article feedback tool on "Undershirt" [articlefeedbackv5=aft-reader] (indefinite) (hist)"
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Log/Neukoln
The history page of the article shows the same record (no difference between the versions).

I did not edit the article. I can't recall whether I answered some feedback question or not, but even if I did there shouldn't be any record of it. This is a MAJOR violation of my privacy. As long as I avoid editing the article or writing in the talk page NO ONE suppose to know what I read.
