We have now a prod. Parsoid cluster at http://parsoid-lb.eqiad.wikimedia.org/, we should IMO have a Bugzilla "Wikimedia > Parsoid" component to be able to report incidents or configuration issues/requests.

I'm not yet convinced there is a need for this ("Wikimedia > General" and CC'ing Gabriel might be sufficient if we don't expect lots of reports; how many people would be able to differentiate server configuration issues vs. Parsoid codebase issues; and misreported tickets between "Parsoid" product and this component).
If the maintainers really want this I am fine to create it, though. :)

I think at this point we should be fine without a dedicated component, although getting notifications for Parsoid-related deployment bugs would be handy. Is it possible to get notifications for bugs that match a keyword in addition to a product?
