Test user names for cohort (from it.wikisource)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new cohort
   • name cohort as "reuse_name"
   • fill in a cohort description (e.g. "Test cohort to check name reuse")
   • choose a default project (e.g. "itwikisource")
   • choose CSV file "reuse_name.csv" attached
   • Validate as "User names"
2. Cohort upload should be successful
3. Remove cohort
4. Repeat step 1

This second time the file won't upload because in the first and it will appear "This cohort name is taken."
