Description

We should rename the SpecialRedirectToSpecial class to something that doesn't imply being a working special page (it's an abstract class).

Its parent class is called RedirectSpecialPage, and a sibling is called RedirectSpecialArticle (which is also a stupid name).

Maybe RedirectSpecialPageToSpecial and RedirectSpecialPageToArticle while we're at it?

RedirectSpecialPageToArticle: i suggest RedirectSpecialPageToPage because it probably can be any page type, not only Article.
