Description

Broken UI

Steps to reproduce:

1.Open the editor
2.create a link
3.Save the page
4.Re-open the editor.
5.Select the link to modify it

Observed Result:

Link inspector is not opening.Coming back from some other window opens it but the UI is totally broken
