Queries on page views for user agent version range

Description

For example, for https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/99779/ it would be helpful to see what percentage of Wikimedia's traffic comes from Firefox >= 4.0 (when the feature was introduced in Firefox requiring a vendor prefix) and <= 15.0 (the last version requiring the vendor prefix).

Toby -- No, the addition of User Agent logging to EventLogging will only affect editor data. I think Matthew is looking for this in pageview data.

Correct, this is a request to query the page view data we already collect in more flexible ways. It's a concrete feature for the "Queryable public interface for pageview data" discussion on the Analytics list a while back.
