Description

The URL check in https://git.wikimedia.org/blob/wikimedia%2Fbugzilla%2Fmodifications.git/bdb22162c97aad170d17ac671c3d3b66ab9d2b3c/Bugzilla%2FBugUrl%2FMingle.pm#L32 needs an update now that WMF also starts using https://wikimedia.mingle.thoughtworks.com/projects/* instead of https://mingle.corp.wikimedia.org/projects/*

Should not be done before fixing bug 49597 because the location of the file will change by that upgrade.

https://wikimedia.mingle.thoughtworks.com/projects/abcdefgh_ijkl/cards/12345 is a more exact URL.

As we plan to upgrade Bugzilla to 4.4 in the next weeks, a patch for 4.4 would need to be based on https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/98035/ - see https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Gerrit/Advanced_usage#Create_a_dependency
