"Sorry, we could not find a tutorial in your language, here's a tutorial in your language" is silly for en_GB
Open, LowPublic

Description

I have my browser set to en_GB. Don't ask me why.

When UploadWizard says "we don't have a tutorial in your language, here's the English one instead", that's a little silly, because my language *is* English.

Maybe we should say the name of the initial language too? "We don't have a tutorial file in English (United Kingdom), here's the one in English" would be much better.

We'd probably want to not mis-label "en" (which is American English) as English if we're going to start going down that route…

En vs en-gb are hardly the only two language codes that are near identical. I think the issue of if en should be en-US (which would probably be a flame war), should be discussed separately, probably not on bugzilla.
