See [[testwiki:Link trails]]. Basically, link trails shouldn't be processed when displaying the "transclusion" of non-existent templates.

Users expect the auto-generated redlink in this situation to reflect the exact name of the transcluded template. Any extraneous displayed text is confusing, even though the link still points to the right place.

(I find it hard to believe that this hasn't already been filed...)
