I have made the Jenkins job mwext-GlobalPreferences-testextensions-master non voting ( https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/102905/ ).

I sent a test patch at https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/102903/ which got voted -2 because tests fails. Console log is attached to bug or can be found at https://integration.wikimedia.org/ci/job/mwext-GlobalPreferences-testextensions-master/2/console
