This is really too large a body of text. Should be split up in 4 paragraphs, preferably for the next iteration of this app, not right now, as it will invalidate existing translations.

As noted by Siebrand this should not be done for the 2014 application cycle, but should be taken into account for future versions.

Doing this today would be a waste of effort. The project has been disabled at translatewiki.net until the 2015 scholarship committee has determined what the 2015 application form will look like. At this point, this bug is mostly a reminder to do things in a way that works better for translation in the next iteration of the project.
At this point, the need for smaller chunks of translatable content is a requirement for the new content created for the 2015 cycle rather than something to clean up in the existing application.
