Since extensions can change the behavior of MediaWiki core via hook, we should most probably run the whole MediaWiki core tests along the extensions tests.
That takes a while to run though so we will want first to make sure they can be run concurrently.

The extension tests are lightweight. Executing the mediawiki core tests in addition would probably require a bit more horsepower (read: more Jenkins slaves).
