Currently, all queries, whether cached or not, are shown in the same
way. It would be helpful if is would show either: * Not available
[REQUEST REPORT] * Available [VIEW REPORT] (age: <...>) *
Available [VIEW REPORT AND REQUEST UPDATE] Which means the user
knows there will not immediately be a report after clicking 'REQUEST
REPORT'.
