On this "Apply" subpage, the background image should stretch such that the Wikimania logo is centred in the white space, rather than repeating as it does currently.
Note the difference between http://scholarships.wikimedia.org/apply and http://wikimania2014.wikimedia.org/ ; in the former the image stretches when the window is resized, and in the latter it is not and does not.

I got this the wrong way around; it is http://wikimania2014.wikimedia.org/ where the image is centred and stretches when the window is resized, and http://scholarships.wikimedia.org/apply where it is not and does not.
