Description

I see lots of CMS images on Amazon Web Services marketplace, but almost nothing for MediaWiki and nothing kept up to date (see URL). We should provide an "official" or semi-official one, obviously for free, to make the life of those using MediaWiki on AWS easier.

Placed in installer component because there's no specific component for the release process etc.; maybe this should be based on vagrant and hence moved to that component?

T71121: Amazon S3 file storage could be a first step, allowing upload storage on the cloud.

It looks like a 'good' AWS image would depend on T64356: Allow extensions to provide purge mechanisms for external CDNs (beyond Squid and HTTP PURGE protocol).
