Description

Look for rows which have "(archive)" instead of "(archive, gmane)", or that read "not on Gmane?".
Check if those mailing lists are in http://dir.gmane.org/index.php?prefix=gmane.science.linguistics.wikipedia or http://dir.gmane.org/index.php?prefix=gmane.org.wikimedia
Add links for all the missing ones, following the same format as the others.

This is also good as GCI task, I'll review the edits on wiki as soon as you let me know about them on this bug.

Looks plausible! There are probably some more lists missing from the page altogether and some other minor oversights, but we can probably call this task done. :)
Now you could continue with bug 58959 aka http://www.google-melange.com/gci/task/view/google/gci2013/5780888608571392 ;).
