Description

While localization was added in #46082, it doesn't work correctly for no.wp, see

https://no.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spesial:API-sandkasse#action=query&meta=siteinfo&format=json&siprop=namespaces%7Cnamespacealiases

My guess is that this is failing because the content language code of no.wp is "nb", not "no".

The alias was taken from https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Lua_deployments/Localization_of_Module

see gerrit 58101, where it was filled under the wrong language code

I have noticed that there has been a "no" in the uploaded one,the language code it seems.
So i have to do is to edit the same file and push it?
