Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

This issue was converted from https://jira.toolserver.org/browse/REPORTS-34.
Summary: Use border-bottom instead of text-decoration to underline hovered links
Issue type: Improvement - An improvement or enhancement to an existing feature or task.
Priority: Major
Status: Resolved
Assignee: River Tarnell <river.tarnell@wikimedia.de>

Currently, links are decorated with a border-bottom, but :hover is decorated with text-underline. On some systems, this means the line appears to move upwards when a link is hoverovered, which looks a little bit strange. Change text-decoration: underline for #text a:hover to border-bottom: 1px solid #333.
