In edit mode

Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page with VE
2.Now add a reference to the page
3,Add a bullet or numbered list
4.Add references list from Insert>References list
5.Save the page

Observed Result:
The references list appeared as a bulleted item or numbered item of the preceding list

Browser: Chrome Version 26.0.1410.65
OS: MAC OS X 10. 8. 5

I was able to reproduce this bug today and figured it was already reported earlier. My observation is pretty much the same as above.

The MW behavior described here is reported as a bug in T27939.
