The page without the accent doesn't exist in beta. I had a look at the search results and it looks like cirrus is doing the right thing on beta given the rules: it found both and sorted the one without the accent to the top because it has more incoming links. I'm not really sure what to say.

Back to test2wiki, though. Sorry I can't take a screen shot, but what I am seeing is that searching for "África": the exact match "África" is in bold text, but is listed second. The non-accented "Africa" is not in bold text, but is listed first.
We can compare to beta when the indexing catches up.
Yeah, that would be hard to screenshot because clicking anywhere will make it go away. The problem is that that stuff doesn't use my highlighting but it uses my sorting. The whole thing is frankly weird and I plan to look into it at some point because I don't like how it works.
