On wikis with FlaggedRevisions enabled, MediaWiki:Revreview-editnotice is shown in a popup on every edit. (In content language, not interface language; but that should be a separate bug.) When a user with autoreview right edits a page the last revision of which has been reviewed, this popup should not exist as there is no review needed.
