If possible, I would like two lists: one list containing all pages in ns:0 on en.wiki that contain a forward slash ( / ), and the second list containing all pages in ns:1 on en.wiki that contain a forward slash. Kind of an odd query request, I realize. I can take the list in any format, though I realize the second list will undoubtedly be very, very large. Cheers.

The first list is almost 30000 items long.

Just a comment to prepare whomever is up for the task (I might later):

select count(*) from page where page_title like '%/%' and page_namespace = 0;

gives nearly 30K, namespace 1 gives over 50K. Thus, an email deilvery of the result will probably be the best option.
