We're trying to update http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Sound/list - a list of music available, along with links to composer, and song (it allows us to verify that those articles have media if they are available) In order to do that, we need an authoritative list to compare it to. There is some discussion of the issue here: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Village_pump#Making_a_list

We need an SQL query that will list all full lengths songs on the Wikimedia commons. It should filter out smaller files (in particular, anything in http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Pronunciation and its subcategories) and videos.

Here's a list of all long audio files on commons: http://tools.wikimedia.de/~daniel/misc/commonswiki-long-audio.txt

Many of them will however be audio-articles from Spoken Wikipedia, audio Wikinews, etc. I don't see a good way to find only music. Note we also have several melodies in MIDI format - those are not included here either.
