Could you perform this simple query?

INSERT INTO toolserver`.language (lang ,english_name ,native_name) VALUES ('szl', 'Silesian', 'Ślůnski');`

Until we get a new Names.php into the database, I'd like to have the Silesian entry as a quick fix for my no interwiki tool.

About the Names.php... Could someone do the import of this file contents into the toolserver.language table anytime later? I am eager to use the updated language names, and since it's not updated, my tools do not work properly. (They do not show every wiki database they should, just like in the Silesian Wikis' example presented above.)

i guess i could hack up something to import names.php on a regular basis (if i don't forget). No idea where to rip the native names from.
