Hello!

I would like to have a list of pages of pt.wikipedia in which there are less than 20 ref tags, sorted by the number of refs. The list should have a column for the article's title and other for the number of refs.

Since the tags may have one of the following forms
<ref>Text</ref>
<ref name="example">
<ref name="test"/>
it seems to be enough to count the number of times the string "<ref" appears in the articles.

I don't know how expensive would be this kind of query, but if needed, you can try with a small limit instead of 20 (maybe 10?).
