Doug and I were thinking about listing all bot scripts present in all wmf wikis. This kind of list would help every bot runner like a big archive where one may find useful ideas for new scripts as well as reuse older scripts from other developers from other wikis. A good way to list these scripts may be making a list of all pages of all ns:not0 pages of all wmf wikis containing source codes. Source codes are marked with <source> and <syntaxhighlight> tags (e.g.: <source lang="csharp">, <source lang="python">, <source lang="java">, <source lang="php">... see http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:SyntaxHighlight_GeSHi for details).
We are not able to make this list on our own, therefore I am asking here for this list. The list needs to be sorted by source language.

Do those tags add anything to the DB (except of the text), that could be searched for in a query? AFAIK, they don't, so I'm unable to help here, cause this is a service to search in the databases, but the article text isn't in the toolserver databases (and if it would be, searching it would be really slow).

I'm sorry, but I don't... maybe some who is doing the same (scanning text from the dumps) for other purposes, like http://toolserver.org/~sk/cw/index.htm ?
