Backup script updated to 'backup_new' (should be renamed when copying to TS). It has essentially to backup

• pywikipedia/logs/
• pywikipedia/login-data/
• pywikipedia/user-config.py

like before, but now also the bot scripts, since the config is there

• pywikipedia/clean_user_sandbox.py
• pywikipedia/subster.py
• pywikipedia/sum_disc.py

backup was additionally merged with protect. Further the distribution of user-config.py within the SVN repo has to be suppressed.
