einen 3-Tage-Takt einbauen, sodass nur Beiträge angezeigt werden, die nach mind. 72h seit der letzten Benachrichtigung im entspr. Abschnitt hinzukamen. (vielleicht ist es auch gar nicht so schwierig, weil „nur" die Benachrichtigungsdauer hochgesetzt werden muss, auch jetzt schon zeigt DrTrigonBot im 24h-Takt ja nur die letzte & nicht alle Beitragsänderungen im Abschnitt an)
