Intention:
Rearrange the sections on a page

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Select the entire last section
2. Cut (Command-X) the section
3. Paste it elsewhere

Actual Results:
The formatting for the section heading (not the formatting for the last line) remains at the end of the page.

Expected Results:
The last line should either disappear entirely (be replaced by a slug) or be set to default/Paragraph styling

Reproducible: Always

Removing the blank section heading produced its own problems; look for the next bug report.
