Add license details to siteinfo/extensions API call

Description

Bug 48418 recently added the version control information to the extension API. The other recent change that adds licensing information to Special:Version is also great.

It would be really useful to have that information in the API call for extensions as well.

Sorry, my bad. Upon further inspection I see "license" is in the API. awesome!
