"Permission error"/"Not logged in" pages should provide "log in" function

Description:
Default "permission error"/"not logged in" pages are very unhelpful, and even scary (especially for permission error). When you reach this page just because you are unregistered, the message does not even direct you to sign in or create an account, it just tells you you are not allowed to access the page because "The action you have requested is limited to users in the group: Users." (Which is awful wiki jargon.)

Ideally, such error messages should include the login menu (from Special:UserLogin) directly in the message, so you can log in or create a new account without leaving the page. This, of course, only applies to permission errors where the only permission needed is being a registered user.

Sample logged-out error messages:

This task is very old and all these massages have link to Special:UserLogin now. Some of them of course are no longer in existence at all like Special:MyCourses. There's nothing more to do here
