Pages are sometimes not fully loaded in alpha when using back/forward

Description:
Go to alpha, load a page, go to another page. Then click back and forward in the browser a few times. The pages will look broken with no content in sections, no last edited message, etc. It seems like reloadPage() and page-loaded events stop running.
