[DeleteBatch] Merge UndeleteBatch functionality into DeleteBatch

Description

UndeleteBatch duplicates almost all code from DeleteBatch; for maintainability, it would be better to merge the two extensions.

Also, you might want to consider whether you want to call it "RestoreBatch" or "UndeleteBatch". When you're grepping for something, it's easier if there's not another search term that's identical to what you're looking for except with "Un-" prepended.
