I can see a Flag icon at the right end of Flow posts and replies. It has no tooltip, and I don't know exactly what it does. I don't dare to click it just in case it means to "flag" a post, which I don't want.
I could ask... but I'd rather file this report so nobody else needs to ask. :)

The Flag icon will go away when moderation action move to a per-post action menu, see https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Flow_type-style-updates-26.png, in-progress in gerrit 104703. (RESOLVED INVALID sounds so harsh, sorry :) .)
Thanks for flagging this as 'easy', it would have been such a great starting task for volunteers/interns/mentorship.
