If possible, this should be removed before (security) release 1.22.1 next days.

Note that the release e-mail at http://lists.wikimedia.org/pipermail/mediawiki-announce/2014-January/000138.html says this was fixed in 1.22.1, but it apparently was not.

As I understand this, the functionality of the extension was bundled into core. If I'm correct, then this can be closed.

Are we dropping support for 1.22 already? This is about 1.22, and according to [[mw:Version lifecycle]] it's supported until the end of this year.

The change in the summary from Reedy was wrong. Reverting.

Extension:SimpleAntiSpam was merged into core (do not confuse with a bundled extension!), hence it shouldn't be offered as an extension. It needs to be removed from the tarball
