Just to do correction google changes language with hl and lh.

It's a great idea. However, I don't think this is possible at the moment - the only sane way I can think of doing this is to add a row to the interwiki table for fawiki. But any data in the interwiki table is ignored when $wgInterwikiCache is in use (which is the case for all WMF wikis).

I think this should be made possible. It's silly to have an Anglo-centric interwiki map with no way to provide additional links of local relevance.
