https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:AbuseFilter/28 was not working for the recent spam that Quiddity deleted, and because I know the other conditions of the filter are seemingly not affected by Flow, the problem is likely that the action variable is not the "flow-edit" or other action I expected.

new_wikitext & old_wikitext can be used now.
