No captcha and AbuseFilter support in lead photo uploads

Description:
Captcha and AbuseFilter support was added to the editor, but it's also required for lead uploads since they add an image to the page by editing wikitext. When AbuseFilter or captcha are triggered after an upload, the file gets uploaded but it's not added as a lead image to the page.
