NewUserMessage

NewUserMassage's welcome message doesn't highlighted the talk label (id='pt-mytalk') by orange alarm.

for example:
Please make an account in fa.wikipedia.org after few second NewUserMassage will leave a Welcome message on your talk page but the talk label (id='pt-mytalk') doesn't highlight in orange.

The case 1 in attached image should be like case 2 which is highlighted the talk label with new massage by other users

If that is not the case: Please reopen and elaborate what is left to do here to get this report fixed.

Now NewUsermessage in fa.wikipedia leave message is not minor but it doesn't solve the problem

I have this on a MW 1.22 and it works. The new user gets notified with the orange alarm after login. Using Monobook.
