Please set:
'zhwikivoyage' => array( 'w', 'en' )

A community member also requested "'b', 'q', 's', 'wikt'" but I guess that needs more consensus.

Since import is currently not available on Chinese Wikivoyage, it would be good to see community consensus for enabling import.

A community member also requested "'b', 'q', 's', 'wikt'" but I guess that
needs more consensus.

See bug 55745 comment 1, adding additional import sources is no big deal.
