Some improvements:
- Adding Hebrew translation.
- Removing "escape" from the parameters to wfMsgExst – it seems to be
unnecessary.
- Renaming the messages to "undelete_short" instead of "nundelete_short", as
it's the regular name. We use "narticles", but "categories".
