Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page which contains image with VE
2.Add a large caption to the image by going to Media Settings
3.Click on "Apply Changes"
4.Attempt to resize the image

Observed Result:
The image resize handle is not at the most bottom-left corner of the blue highlighted selection box around the image but at the corner of the image.
It looks a bit odd to have it somewhere in the middle of the border when it has a large caption.
Probably ,having it at the corner most corner will look better.
