Unfortunately, no, we can't.
This is one of the (many) reasons why we discourage people from using {{Reflist}}.
This is a confusing response. {{reflist}} is used all over the place, often by preference.
A blank "wontfix" doesn't address the reasons for this statement, and they do in fact need addressing. Are you planning to systematically remove {{reflist}}, for example? Clarification is needed on this point.
